Description of Promotion: Welcome to the California Transfer promotion (the “Promotion”), where invited participants with a cash balance have an opportunity to earn Betr Bucks on Betr Picks for transferring over their balance.
How to Participate:
The Promotion will run from 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) time on November 23, 2025, and end on 11:59pm EST on November 29, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

During the Promotion Period, California participants can redeem their Sweeps Cash for Betr Pick Cash Balance at 100% ratio along with a 25% bonus that will be given out as Betr Bucks bonus (“Transfer Bonus”).
California customers can make as many transfers as they would like during the Promotion Period but can only earn up to $5,000in Betr Bucks from the Transfer Bonus.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an invited customer transfer $1,000 Sweeps Cash for Picks Cash, they will earn a $250 Betr Bucks as their Transfer Bonus.
ONLY SWEEPS CASH THAT WAS PURCHASED BEFORE 11/23/25 CAN EARN THE TRANSFER BONUS.
Invited means they the Promotion Eligible on their Promo Carousel and are in California with a Social Sportsbook balance as of 11/23/25.
