OPEN TO ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND MEET THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SET FORTH IN SECTION 3 OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES.
PLEASE NOTE THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH BELOW IN SECTION 21, WHICH REQUIRES, EXCEPT WHERE AND TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU TO ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE SPONSOR ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIM(S), AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH POLARIS INDUSTRIES INC., INSTAGRAM, X (TWITTER), TIKTOK, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. POLARIS INDUSTRIES INC. IS NOT A SPONSOR OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE SELECTION OF THE WINNER. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS POLARIS INDUSTRIES INC., INSTAGRAM, X (TWITTER), TIKTOK, AND ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
1. Sponsor: Betr Holdings, Inc., 290 NE 68th Street, Miami, FL 33138 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes Official Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Sweepstakes Official Rules”). Please read these Sweepstakes Official Rules before entering the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Sweepstakes Official Rules may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Sweepstakes Official Rules regarding participation as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time and from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age before the Effective Date, are legal residents of a state in which Betr Social Casino product is available and meet all other eligibility requirements set forth in these Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Eligible Entrants”). Residents of Florida and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, and the Sweepstakes is void in Florida and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and their family members or persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Excluded Parties”). A person cannot be an Eligible Entrant or winner if such person is a person (a) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) of the Department of the Treasury or under any statute or executive order or (b) who is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person.
4. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, Eligible Entrants must complete all of the following steps to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: (i) like the Sponsor’s designated social media post promoting the launch of Betr Social Casino and this Sweepstakes; (ii) tag three (3) friends in the comments of such post; (iii) create an account for Betr Social Casino; and (iv) play on the Betr Social Casino platform (playing on the platform does not require any purchase or payment and may be completed using free play functionality available on the platform). Creating an account with Sponsor is free. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to be bound by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the applicable Betr Social Casino Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and/or applicable Terms and Conditions, you may not create an account.
5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the steps described above, an Eligible Entrant may enter by mailing a handwritten entry on a plain 3” x 5” card that includes the entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Entries must be legible and clearly readable. The card must be mailed in a stamped envelope to Sponsor’s Address and to the attention of “Sweepstakes Administrator.” Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be void.
6. Entry Limitations. There is a limit of one (1) submission per individual, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple names, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. If a participant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Sweepstakes Official Rules, such participant’s submission may be deemed ineligible and removed from the Sweepstakes at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. Any attempt by a participant or any third party to misrepresent their identity, eligibility, qualifications, or any other information in connection with this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Sponsor’s determination regarding eligibility and compliance with these Sweepstakes Official Rules shall be final and binding.
7. Prohibited Conduct; Tampering; Disqualification: Entrants agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise submit any materials that contain computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, Easter eggs, or any other harmful components or programming routines intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or improperly access any system, data, or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any person responsible for such attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entrants further agree not to provide, upload, or submit any content that is defamatory, threatening, unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Any Submissions that violate these requirements, or that violate the content restrictions, terms of service, community guidelines, or rules of the platform through which they are submitted (including, without limitation, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), will be void. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual, or the identity of the authorized account holder of an email address or social media account, shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with, abuses, or attempts to manipulate any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
8. Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin on March 17, 2026, at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and end on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor’s clock is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
9. Random Sweepstakes Drawing; Odds of Winning: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or before April 14, 2026. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing by Sponsor or its representative from all eligible entries received within the Sweepstakes Period. If the potential winner entered using a social media account, the authorized account holder of that account will be deemed the entrant. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winner are final and binding.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. A purchase of Sponsor’s products or services will not increase the odds of winning. Winner will be contacted by Sponsor’s designated representative by either: (1) Posting a comment on the winner’s entry/comment; or (2) Via direct message or e-mail to the winner. Winner must meet all eligibility requirements, including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases. If any attempted notification is not successful within ten (10) days, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to select randomly an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
10. Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded. Grand Prize is either (1) a 2026 Rzr XP, with an approximate retail value of $20,000 (“Option 1”), or (2) $10,000 in the form of a check (“Option 2”). Upon Sponsor’s determination that winner meets all eligibility requirements, including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases, winner may choose either Option 1 or Option 2 by notifying Sponsor in writing as directed by the Sponsor. In no event will both Option 1 and Option 2 be awarded. Prizes may not be exchanged, sold, or traded. Option 1 may not be redeemed for cash. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute either Option 1 or Option 2 of the Prize, in which case a prize of equal or greater value (to the selected option) will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any delays in rewarding the Prize for any reason.
The winner will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes, as well as any license and registration or other fees incurred by participation in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, costs to transport the Option 1 prize to the winner’s location, which, depending on the location of the winner, may cost more than $1,500 and other items of an incidental nature. Winner is solely responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of the vehicle. Sponsor makes no warranties regarding Option 1 except those provided by the manufacturer. Sponsor will report any individual winnings over $600 (in cash or fair market value of goods or services) in a one-year period to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). Winner will receive an IRS Form-1099 from Sponsor.
11. Requirements and Restrictions on Receiving the Prize(s): Before awarding a prize, the Sponsor may require individuals to provide a valid identification and may require individuals to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number to claim a prize. The Sponsor may require individuals to provide other personal identifying information sufficient to establish eligibility under these Sweepstakes Official Rules and to execute and return any required documentation, including but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, a tax acknowledgment form, and to provide other information as required to award you a prize. You must execute and return all documents completed in their entirety within ten (10) days from the date any such documents are sent to you or you may forfeit the prize (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion). If you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Sweepstakes Official Rules, decline to accept a prize, the Sponsor is unable to contact you, or in the event that a prize notification is returned undeliverable, you will forfeit the prize.

Winner list requests will only be accepted after the winner of the Sweepstakes is announced and requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the announcement of the winner.
13. Publicity Rights: By accepting a prize, you agree to allow the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s designee, the perpetual right to use your name, biographical information, photos, image, likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including but not limited to live television, World Wide Web, Internet, and other social media platforms, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law; if requested by the Sponsor, you shall provide any requested consents.
14. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for a participant’s inability to play or understand the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Moreover, the Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical error. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, stop, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant forever discharges, releases, and holds harmless Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, Claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or any prize awarded, however caused. Sponsor makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize awarded and disclaims any implied warranty.
15. Severability: You agree that these Sweepstakes Official Rules are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that term or provision will not affect the remainder of these Sweepstakes Official Rules. These Sweepstakes Official Rules will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make these Sweepstakes Official Rules enforceable, valid and, to the maximum extent possible, consistent with applicable law and consistent with the original intention of the parties; and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Sweepstakes Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, Sponsor will amend or replace such provision with one that is valid and enforceable and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of Sponsor as reflected in the original provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Sweepstakes Official Rules does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Sweepstakes Official Rules, which will remain in full force and effect.
16. Headings: The section headings contained in these Sweepstakes Official Rules are for convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation or construction of the provisions of these Sweepstakes Official Rules.
17. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify these Sweepstakes Official Rules at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Effective Date” above. You will be notified of any material changes to these Sweepstakes Official Rules via a posting on the Mobile Application or online via a social media post. We may also send you an email at the email address we have on file for you.
18. Entire Agreement: These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between Sponsor and entrant with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between Sponsor and entrant with respect to the Sweepstakes.

20. Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by, and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winner, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Subject to the arbitration provision and class action waiver below, exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes, claims, complaints actions, or other legal proceedings (collectively, “Claims”) that are not required to be arbitrated will be in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
21. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver: Please read this provision carefully. You understand and agree that you waive your right to sue or go to court to assert or defend your rights connected with these Sweepstakes Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, and any prize awarded.
As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (1) any Claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, representative, or consolidated action or proceeding; (2) any Claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of JAMS or its legal successor in effect at the time of arbitration; (3) any such arbitration shall be heard by one arbitrator to be selected in accordance with the JAMS rules and regulations of JAMS or its legal successor in effect at the time of arbitration, in Miami-Dade County, Florida; (4) judgment upon any such arbitration award or decision by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; (5) any award or judgment shall be subject to all limitations and releases in these Sweepstakes Official Rules and shall be limited to actual damages, and shall not, in any event, include any (a) indirect, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential or incidental damages (regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict products liability or otherwise, and even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages); (b) attorneys’ fees or costs of bringing a claim; or (c) any injunctive or other equitable relief; and (6) all aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties. If any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules and procedures established by JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein.
22. Privacy Policy/Disclosures of Information: Sponsor may collect and use personal information that entrants provide to enter the Sweepstakes to actually conduct the Sweepstakes and contact the potential winner. Personal information includes any information that can be reasonably linked to a specific individual, including name, postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Sponsor (including any successors or assigns) may use names and e-mail addresses of Sweepstakes entrants for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor, unless the entrant opts out of such marketing uses. Sponsor’s complete privacy policy can be located on its website (betr.app).
