Summer Rewards (All States, Opt-in Required)

Description of Promotion

Welcome to the Summer Rewards Promotion (the "Promotion"). During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who opt in and engage in qualifying activity across Betr Arcade, Betr Picks, Betr Social Sportsbook, and Betr Social Casino (collectively, the "Eligible Verticals") may earn points ("Points"). Points may be converted into promotional rewards ("Rewards") in accordance with these terms.

How to Participate

· The Promotion begins at 10:00a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

· To be eligible to earn Points and Rewards under this Promotion, participants must opt in to the Promotion no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 28, 2026.

How to earn Points:

· To earn Points under this Promotion, a participant must, after opting in, submit eligible entries during the Promotion Period using either cash or Betr Cash across any combination of the Eligible Verticals (the "Qualifying Activity").

o Entries submitted using promotional funds, including Betr Bucks, do not constitute Qualifying Activity.

o Entries that are voided, cancelled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or otherwise fail to settle shall not constitute Qualifying Activity.

o Entries placed before a participant opts in to the Promotion will not constitute Qualifying Activity.

o Only Qualifying Activity that settles during the Promotion Period will be eligible to earn Points.

· Participants will earn Points based on the amount and type of Qualifying Activity. Points will accrue at the applicable earning rate based on the Eligible Vertical and corresponding segment, as set forth in the table below. For purposes of this Promotion, "Handle" means the aggregate value of a participant's settled Qualifying Activity, as determined by Betr.

o For Betr Social Sportsbook, the applicable earning rate is determined by the odds at the time an eligible entry is placed.

o For Betr Picks, the applicable earning rate is determined by the multiplier applicable to the entry at the time it is placed.

o Only settled Qualifying Activity will be included in Handle and eligible to earn Points.

How Points are converted to Rewards:

· Every 20 Total Points earned by a Qualified Participant will automatically convert into $1.00 in Rewards.

· Rewards will be distributed as follows:

o Earned Points. Fifty percent (50%) of the Total Points earned during each calendar week (Monday through Sunday) will automatically convert into Rewards ("Earned Points"). Earned Points will be calculated based solely on Qualifying Activity that settles during the applicable calendar week and will be credited no later than the following Monday.

o Safe Points. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Total Points earned during each calendar week will be accumulated as "Safe Points." Safe Points will continue to accrue throughout the Promotion Period and will automatically convert into Rewards as a single lump-sum payout on August 29, 2026. The total Safe Points payout will equal fifty percent (50%) of the Total Points earned by the Qualified Participant during the Promotion Period.

· Rewards attributable to both Earned Points and Safe Points will be awarded in Betr Cash if the Qualified Participant is eligible to receive Betr Cash through Betr Social Sportsbook or Betr Social Casino. If the Qualified Participant is not eligible to receive Betr Cash, the Rewards will instead be awarded in Betr Bucks to the participant's Fantasy/Arcade wallet.

· Betr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any Rewards will be awarded in Betr Cash or Betr Bucks, to determine participant eligibility, and to withhold, reduce, revoke, or deny any Points or Rewards if it reasonably believes a participant has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, manipulated the Promotion, or is otherwise ineligible under applicable law or these terms.

Extra Opportunities for Rewards:

o The Weekly Milestone rewards will be credited no later than the Tuesday immediately following the calendar week in which they were earned.

o Each Free Pick must be used by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the Tuesday following the week in which it was earned, after which it will automatically expire.

o Free Picks and Free Spins are promotional rewards, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability.

Betr Cash and Betr Bucks: Betr Cash and Betr Bucks are subject to a one-time (1x) play-through requirement before becoming eligible for redemption, where permitted. Both are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except as expressly permitted under the applicable Terms and Conditions. Additional restrictions may apply. Betr Cash and Betr Bucks expire within 30 days of being credited.
