Why did my pick get voided?

Information on voids

Updated over a week ago

A pick is voided under Betr's house rules when a player does not play.

Understanding Rules and Conditions for Voided Picks:

  • NFL- The player does not play a snap

  • NBA - The player plays zero minutes

  • NHL - The player has zero time on ice

  • MLB Pitcher - A pitcher does not throw a pitch

  • MLB Hitter - A hitter must start the game and record a plate appearance (e.g., Ryan McMahon starting but only participating as a pinch hitter would lead to a voided pick).

  • UFC - A fight is declared a No Contest by the governing body

  • PGA - A player does not complete all 18 holes in a round

  • CFB - A player does not appear in the box score

  • CBB - The player plays zero minutes

  • Soccer - The Player does not start

Important Information

  • Players injured in-game will not be voided and will be graded accordingly.

  • Voided picks impact betting entries by either reducing active selections or triggering refunds in specific scenarios. For example, a three-pick entry reduced to two may adjust winnings, whereas disqualified entries may result in a full refund.
