Description of Promotion: Welcome to the Primetime Free Pick ‘til You Win (NFL) promotion (the “Promotion”), where Participants will be granted a Special Pick projection (“Free Pick”) everyday an NFL game takes place in September (each day, a “Football Day”), until they finish a Football Day with a net win across all that day’s Qualifying Entries (as defined below).
How to Participate:
The Promotion runs from 11:00am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Sunday, September 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59pm EST on Monday, September 30, 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
A “Qualifying Entry” is defined as an entry that is placed any time during the Promotion Period and settles on Football Days between 9/5/2024 and 9/30/2024 on a Football Day.
Participants will continue to earn Free Picks each Football Day until they have a profitable Football Day that results in positive net winnings on all the Qualifying Entries on that day (“Winning Football Day”). Participants that have a Winning Football Day will not be eligible for Free Picks directly related to this Promotion for the rest of September but may be eligible for other Promotions.
For clarification, Winning Football Days are considered a Football Day in which a participant has their Qualifying Entries that settle on that day return a higher cumulative payout than the respective cumulative entry amount (all entries that day results at least $1+ in net winnings).
Winning Football Days for this Promotion can include picks on any sport or projection and do not need to include a Free Pick on a Football Day.
There is a maximum of 13 Football Days, and they are: 9/5, 9/6, 9/8, 9/9, 9/12, 9/15, 9/16, 9/19, 9/22, 9/23, 9/26, 9/29, 9/30.
For example, participants that do not win overall (net win more than they lose) on 9/5/2024, will then be granted another Free Pick for the Green Bay vs. Philadelphia game on 9/6/2024. After that, participants that do not win overall on either 9/5/2024 or 9/6/2024 will be granted a Free Pick on Sunday morning for the Los Angeles vs. Detroit game that takes place on Sunday night. This will continue for each Football Day until the participant has a Winning Football Day.
Free Picks will be available to those that qualify by 10:00 AM EST (at the latest) on a Football Day.

Certain customers may be excluded from this Promotion and will not see any Free Picks during the Promotion Period.
