Description of Promotion: Welcome to the 1000X Yacht Party promotion (the “Promotion”), where the first ten (10) participants whose Qualifying Entry (as defined below) wins with a 1000X payout will be invited by the Sponsor (along with a plus one) to spend the day on a yacht in Miami, FL (“Grand Prize”). Alternatively, the participant with the highest cumulative Qualifying Entry amount (i.e., most handle) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) will also win the Grand Prize (“Alternative Winner”).

How to Participate:

· The Promotion will run from 06:00 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) time on Sunday, September 1, 2024, and end at 11:59 pm EST on Monday, September 30, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

· To qualify for this Promotion, eligible participants need to:

· A “Qualifying Entry” is defined as a real money entry that is placed during the Promotion Period in which the payout of the entry is 1000X.

· Entries placed on Dynamic Play [MK1] do not qualify as a Qualifying Entry.

· Entries placed with Betr Bucks will not qualify as a Qualifying Entry.

· Entries that are not Qualifying Entries will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Further Prize Information: The Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will determine the date and time of the Grand Prize. No accommodation will be made, and the Sponsor may change the date of the Grand Prize at its sole discretion by providing five (5) days written notice to the winners. Every winner will be allowed to invite one (1) individual. In no event and under no circumstances shall the Sponsor be liable for or pay out more than the Grand Prize. The winners of the Grand Prize are solely responsible for all his/her travel costs such as hotels, flights, food, accommodations, etc. Once the Sponsor has awarded the Grand Prize to the winners pursuant to these Promotion Official Rules, no more prizes or cash will be paid out by the Sponsor.

Tiebreaker to Determine the Alternative Winner: If multiple winners have the same Qualifying Entry amount (i.e., handle), then the winner who submitted a Qualifying Entry first (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) will have seniority. All determinations as to seniority amongst winners shall be made by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion and all such decisions shall be final and binding.

Requirements and Restrictions on Receiving the Grand Prize:  Before awarding the Grand prize, the Sponsor may require individuals to provide other personal identifying information sufficient to establish eligibility under these Promotion Official Rules and to execute and return any required documentation, including but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, a General Release Waiver, and to provide other information as required to award the Grand Prize. The winners must execute and return all documents completed in their entirety within five (5) days from the date any such documents are sent to the winners, or the winners may forfeit the Grand Prize (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion). If you decline to accept the Grand prize, the Sponsor is unable to contact you, or in the event that a Grand prize notification is returned undeliverable, you will forfeit the Grand prize.

A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized holder of the email address associated with a winning Qualified Entry. The Grand Prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holder (as defined below). Entries are deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of account creation. The “Authorized Account Holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address.

The right to receive the Grand Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable, and no prize substitution, exchange, or other equivalent will be allowed, except as stated in this Promotion or as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, ARE PARTICIPANT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

Publicity Rights: By accepting the Grand Prize, participant agrees to allow the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s designee, the perpetual right to use your name, biographical information, photos, image, likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including but not limited to live television, World Wide Web, Internet, and other social media platforms, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law; if requested by the Sponsor, participant shall provide any requested consents.
