ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIM(S), AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
Description of Giveaway: Welcome to the 67 Points, $67K in Prizes giveaway (the “Giveaway”), where up to six hundred seventy (670) lucky participants who made a Qualifying Entry (as defined below) will have the chance of winning $100 Betr Bucks (“Grand Prize”) if an NBA player scores exactly 67 points in an NBA game (the “Triggering Event”).
How to Participate:
The Giveaway will run from 09:00 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) time on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and will end upon the earlier of (i) the occurrence of the Triggering Event or (ii) 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, April 12, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
To qualify for this Giveaway, eligible participants need to opt in to the Promotion and make a Qualifying Entry (as defined below) within their Betr Picks account during the Giveaway Period or use the AMOE option described in Section 4 below.
A “Qualifying Entry” is defined as either (i) real-money entries totaling at least $10 that are placed during the Giveaway Period and within one week prior to the Triggering Event, or (ii) an AMOE as described in Section 4.
More Details:
· The Sponsor will announce the winners within seven (7) days of the Triggering Event.
· In the event of a Triggering Event, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible participants to select up to 670 potential winners.
· All entries, whether through a Qualifying Entry or via the AMOE, have an equal chance of winning.
· Betr Bucks are non-cashable and cannot be withdrawn. Betr Bucks must be played through 1X. Betr Bucks expire thirty (30) days after Sponsor credits your Betr Picks account.
· The maximum amount that any individual participant may receive under this Giveaway is $100 in Betr Bucks, regardless of the number of Qualifying Entries submitted or the total number of eligible participants.

2. Giveaway Official Rules: By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Giveaway Official Rules”), Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and, regardless of whether you enter through the Qualifying Entry method or the AMOE, you agree to be bound by the Betr Picks Terms and Conditions, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS CONTAINED THEREIN. Please read these Giveaway Official Rules before entering the Giveaway. Failure to comply with these Giveaway Official Rules may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification from the Giveaway. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the Giveaway Official Rules regarding participation as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time and from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
3. Eligibility & Cancellation: The Giveaway is only open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, are legal residents of AL, AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY and meet all other eligibility requirements set forth in these Giveaway Official Rules. Employees of the Sponsor, any NBA player, coach, trainer, or official (collectively, “Excluded Parties”), or any of the Excluded Parties’ advertising agencies, officers, directors, agents, and employees and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. A person cannot be an Eligible particpant or winner if such person is a person (a) with whom U.S. persons or entities are restricted from doing business under regulations of the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) of the Department of the Treasury or under any statute or executive order or (b) who is acting, directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any such person. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Giveaway at any time, please contact Sponsor’s Customer Support team via support.betr.app.
4. Entering the Giveaway Without Purchase (Alternative Method of Entry “AMOE”): Participants can enter the Giveaway without making a Qualifying Entry by hand printing your full name, complete resident address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a “3x5” card and mailing it in an envelope handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code to 290 NE 68th Street, Miami FL, 33138. DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS OF VALUE, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS TO THIS ADDRESS. Mail-in requests, including both the “3x5” card and SASE, must be handwritten. SASE must be postmarked and received by Sponsor within the week prior of the Triggering Event. Only one (1) “3x5” card per SASE will be accepted by the Sponsor.
5. Requirements and Restrictions on Receiving the Prize: Before awarding the Grand Prize, the Sponsor may require the winner to provide a valid identification and may require the winner to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number to claim the Grand Prize. The Sponsor may require the winner to provide other personal identifying information sufficient to establish eligibility under these Giveaway Official Rules and to execute and return any required documentation.
FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES, IF ANY, ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Grand Prize in this Giveaway will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries following the occurrence of the Triggering Event.
7. Winners List: The winners may be listed on the Sponsor’s mobile application and/or announced on the Sponsor’s social media platforms. You may also obtain the first name of the winners by writing your name and address on a “3x5” card and mailing it in an envelope to:

This request must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the announcement of the winners.
8. Publicity Rights: By accepting the Grand Prize, you agree to allow the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s designee, the perpetual right to use your name, biographical information, photos, image, likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including but not limited to live television, World Wide Web, Internet, and other social media platforms, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law; if requested by the Sponsor, you shall provide any requested consents.
9. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for a participant’s inability to play or understand the Giveaway Official Rules. Moreover, the Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical error. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, stop, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
10. Severability: You agree that these Giveaway Official Rules are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that term or provision will not affect the remainder of these Giveaway Official Rules. These Giveaway Official Rules will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make these Giveaway Official Rules enforceable, valid and, to the maximum extent possible, consistent with applicable law and consistent with the original intention of the parties; and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Giveaway Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, Sponsor will amend or replace such provision with one that is valid and enforceable and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of Sponsor as reflected in the original provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Giveaway Official Rules does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Giveaway Official Rules, which will remain in full force and effect.
11. Headings: The section headings contained in these Giveaway Official Rules are for convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation or construction of the provisions of these Giveaway Official Rules.
12. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify these Giveaway Official Rules at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Effective Date” above. You will be notified of any material changes to these Giveaway Official Rules via a posting on the Services. We may also send you an email at the email address we have on file for you.
