Description of Promotion
Welcome to the 10 Million in Free Spins if USA Wins the World Cup Promotion (the "Promotion"). Eligible participants may receive a share of promotional free spins having an aggregate promotional value of Ten Million (10,000,000) in Free Spins if the United States Men's National Team ("USMNT") wins the 2026 World Cup.
How to Participate
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 11, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 19, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
Participants must opt in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period.
To qualify, a participant must submit eligible entries having an aggregate value of at least $10.00, whether denominated in cash or Betr Cash, during the Promotion Period across any combination of eligible Betr products (Betr Social Casino, Betr Social Sportsbook, Betr Picks, and Betr Arcade) (the "Qualifying Activity").
Entries submitted using promotional funds, including Betr Bucks, do not count toward the Qualifying Activity requirement.
Voided, cancelled, refunded, disputed, or otherwise non-settled entries shall not count toward the Qualifying Activity requirement.
Only eligible entries submitted after a participant has opted in to the Promotion will count toward the Qualifying Activity requirement.
Participants who satisfy the Qualifying Activity requirement and all other eligibility requirements set forth herein will be considered "Qualified Participants."
Promotion Reward
· If the USMNT wins the 2026 World Cup, Qualified Participants will collectively receive promotional free spins having an aggregate promotional value of Ten Million (10,000,000) in Betr Free Spins (the "Reward Pool").
· The Reward Pool will be divided equally among all Qualified Participants. Accordingly, the promotional value allocated to each Qualified Participant will depend on the total number of Qualified Participants.
- If such calculation results in a fractional promotional free spin, Betr may round the number of promotional free spins awarded up or down in its sole discretion.
· The value assigned to each promotional free spin shall be determined by Betr in its sole and absolute discretion, but cumulatively will be worth a total of 1,776,000 in Betr Cash.
· The number of promotional free spins awarded to each Qualified Participant will be determined by dividing such participant's allocated portion of the Reward Pool by the value assigned to the applicable promotional free spins.
· Promotional free spins will be credited to Qualified Participants' accounts within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup and verification of eligibility and fulfillment of the Promotion conditions.
· If the USMNT does not win the 2026 World Cup, the Reward Pool will not be awarded and no participant shall be entitled to receive any promotional free spins or other reward pursuant to this Promotion.
Free Spin Terms
Free spins awarded pursuant to this Promotion may only be used on eligible Betr Social Casino games.
Free spins will be available only to participants located in jurisdictions where Betr Social Casino is legally offered and operational at the time of award.
Free spins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed, exchanged, substituted, or withdrawn.
Any expiration date applicable to awarded free spins will be disclosed at the time of award.
Betr Cash Terms
Winnings generated from promotional free spins will be awarded in Betr Cash. Betr Cash winnings are subject to a one-time (1x) play-through requirement before becoming eligible for redemption, where permitted. Betr Cash is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except as expressly permitted under the Betr Social Casino Terms and Conditions.
