How to Self-exclude
To self-exclude your gaming account, you can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to your Account/Wallet section
Scroll down to Player protection section and select "Gaming limits"
Select "Self exclusion"
Select the time (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, lifetime)
Enter the last 4 of your SSN and Zip code and click "Self Exclude"
Accept the acknowledgment to confirm
Important information
You will not be able to log into your Betr account during this period
Your email will be removed from all promotional and marketing lists
Due to Responsible Gaming regulations, we are unable to remove or expedite the self-exclusion period.
Once the self-exclusion period ends, you will be able to access your account again.
