How to Self-exclude

To self-exclude your gaming account, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Account/Wallet section

  2. Scroll down to Player protection section and select "Gaming limits"

  3. Select "Self exclusion"

  4. Select the time (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, lifetime)

  5. Enter the last 4 of your SSN and Zip code and click "Self Exclude"

  6. Accept the acknowledgment to confirm

Important information

  • You will not be able to log into your Betr account during this period

  • Your email will be removed from all promotional and marketing lists

  • Due to Responsible Gaming regulations, we are unable to remove or expedite the self-exclusion period.

  • Once the self-exclusion period ends, you will be able to access your account again.
