How to Self-exclude
To self-exclude your gaming account, you can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to your Account/Wallet section
Scroll down and select Gaming limits
Select Self-exclusion
Select the time (1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, lifetime)
Enter the last 4 of your SSN and Zip code and click "Self Exclude"
Accept the acknowledgment to confirm
Once submitted, your account will be blocked for the selected period — see What is Self-exclusion? for what this means and why it can't be reversed early.
