What is a Timeout?

A timeout is a self-imposed player protection measure that you can place if you feel like you are spending too much time on Betr.

  • You can set a timeout to last between 3-365 days

  • While on timeout, you cannot place any entries or wagers, deposit funds, or make any changes to your account.

How to set a Timeout:

  1. Navigate to your Account/Wallet section

  2. Scroll down to the Player protection section and select "Gaming Limits"

  3. Select "Timeout"

  4. Select "add"

  5. Input the number of days for the Timeout period

  6. Set Timeout Period

Important information

  • If you placed yourself on timeout before withdrawing, please contact support via the Help Center or you can send an email to [email protected] so we can assist.

  • Once a timeout is placed, it cannot be removed or expedited, due to Responsible Gaming regulations.
