Method for calculation and payment of winning sports wagers:
Each wager placed on the Betr platform has a “Multiplier” of odds starting from 1.01X with no maximum. A user’s wagered dollar figure will be multiplied times the Multiplier to determine the final payout of winning wagers. For example, if a user places a $100 wager at a Multiplier of 1.50X, and the wager wins, the wager will profit $50 and return $150 to the player. If the Multiplier is 5X, a $100 winning wager will profit $400 and return $500 to the player.
Effect of scheduling changes and/or cancelled sporting events:
If an event is played at a different location to the one originally specified by the organizing body, bets will stand unless a fixture takes place at the home venue of the original visiting participant or team. Events which start times are anticipated (brought forward) but remain scheduled to be played within the same matchday/game week/round (as applicable) and, without prejudice to past-posting and similar occurrences as defined in Section A the change does not modify the order of official fixtures for any of the participants in the offer.
In a team or individual event, selections will be made void where there is a change to one or more the teams or individual participants.
Where the eligible participants in an event are changed materially or conditions are significantly altered, Betr Sportsbook reserves the right to void an event in its entirety. For example, if a boxing match becomes unsanctioned and is held as an exhibition with a different rule set, or a soccer friendly which was originally advertised as ‘Team A v Team B’ becomes ‘Team A vs Team B Under 21s’.
If the structure of an event is changed on an individual basis from the competition rulebook in the following ways Betr Sportsbook reserves the right to void selections:

Process for handing incorrectly posted sporting events, odds, or results:
Betr Sportsbook makes every effort to ensure that it does not make obvious errors when accepting bets. However, if as a result of technical or system problems or human error, a wager is accepted where:
The multiplier or spread/total line is on terms that are either materially different from those available in the general betting market at the time the wager was made
Clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the wager was made
In either case, Betr Sportsbook reserves the right to either:
Correct any obvious errors by settling winning bets at the ‘correct price’, as reasonably determined by Betr Sportsbook
Void any bets placed where such errors have occurred.
If Betr Sportsbook accepts a wager on a market for which the outcome has already been determined, then that wager shall be declared void.
In the event odds for the same exact game are displayed on the Betr Sportsbook more than once (regardless of whether the markets are related and/or displayed different multipliers), Betr Sportsbook reserves the right to void any correlated bets placed on both/multiple games.
Affected customers will be informed of any adjustments or cancellations.
Method of notifying patrons of odds or proposition changes:
Betr Sportsbook displays real-time information (multipliers, lines and potential payouts) when placing wagers. These are all subject to fluctuations that are determined solely at Betr Sportsbook’s discretion. Customers will be notified within the bet slip if any odds for their selection(s) change.

Process for accepting sports wagers at other than posted terms:
Acceptance of wagers at other than posted terms, for example Proposition markets created for special situations, will be managed following the site's general House Rules. Unless stated otherwise in the application at the time of bet placement, all other rules in Betr's House Rules will apply. Any modifying features of the rules relating to a wager will be included on screen at the time of bet placement.
Process for canceling sports wagers for obvious errors, including notification:
The "obvious error" rule does not allow for the cancellation or voiding of wagers in cases where a sportsbook's system is configured to permit patrons to place wagers on events after the outcome has already been determined. This situation, often referred to as "court-siding," occurs when a sportsbook fails to promptly suspend betting on live events once the outcome is decided.
Sportsbooks are prohibited from canceling or voiding wagers placed under the "obvious error" rule when their systems fail to quickly suspend wagering upon the resolution of an event. For example, if live data feeds or updates lag behind actual game action, allowing patrons to place wagers on events or plays that have already concluded, those wagers remain valid and cannot be voided.
All sports gaming proprietors must ensure their risk management policies, procedures, and system configurations prevent the acceptance of wagers after the outcome is determined. If a sportsbook is unable to guarantee that bets are not taken after the conclusion of an event, it should not offer those wagers. Sportsbooks are responsible for maintaining strong data feed integrations and automated controls that suspend wagering upon event resolution to prevent "court-siding" or similar exploits.
What Constitutes an Error?
An "error" refers to any mistake or issue that impacts the accuracy of the wager. This may include, but is not limited to:
1. Bets accepted during technical issues that would not have been accepted otherwise.
2. Bets placed on events or offers that have already been decided.
3. Bets placed on odds with incorrect participants.
4. Bets placed at odds materially different from those in the general market at the time of the bet.
5. Bets offered at odds that reflect an incorrect score situation.
6. Odds that are clearly incorrect given the likelihood of the event occurring at the time the bet was placed.
