Exceeding deposit limit

If you are receiving a message regarding exceeding your deposit limit, it's likely you have exceeded one of the deposit limits placed on your account.

How to check and edit your deposit limit

  1. Navigate to your Account/Wallet section

  2. Scroll down to Player protection section and select "Gaming limits"

  3. Select "Deposit limits"

  4. From here, you can add or edit any deposit limits in place

Important information

  • Any limits set that are more restrictive than the previous limit will take effect immediately

  • Limits that have been increased (made less restrictive) will not go into effect until after the 30-day cooldown period. After 30 days, you must confirm the new limit from within the app before it can take effect

  • Once you reach the limit, you will no longer be able to make any deposits in that period.
