You are able to cancel/void entries within the first 3 minutes of being placed directly via the app. Access the entry within the first 3 minutes, and you will see the option to cancel it.
Important note:
Entries that contain a live pick cannot be able to be canceled after submission
Entries that contain special picks (discounted or free) can be voided and used again by speaking to an associate
