Betr has the right to DNP/Void any pick due to the result of an error. Projections on the stat lines that are clear errors may result in DNP/ Voided Entry.
Should Betr Picks be required to cancel a contest due to an Error, Betr will notify you of the reason the contest is being voided via the email address registered to the account.
As per the Betr Picks House Rules, an "error" is a mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, technical hazard, registration error, transaction error, manifest error, force majeure, and/or similar. Examples of errors include, but are not limited to:
contests entered during technical problems that would otherwise not have been entered;
contests entered on events/players that have already been completed;
contests with projections or picks containing incorrect participants;
contests entered with projections that are materially different from those available in the general market at the time the contest was entered;
contests entered with projections that reflect an incorrect event or player situation; or else,
projections being clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the entry was placed.
