Why did my withdrawal or redemption fail?

Redemption and Withdrawal Failures

Updated yesterday

Common Reasons for Withdrawal or Redemption Issues

Account or Bank Restrictions

  • Your financial institution may have restrictions on online gambling/gaming.

  • Issues with account details (Account number, Billing address, etc.)

  • Your account may be locked by your financial institution

  • Card is a pre-paid debit card (Gift card, Cash App, Apple Cash card, etc.)

We encourage you to contact your financial institution to confirm if they allow online gaming/gambling transactions. If they do have restrictions in place, we suggest using an alternate payment method.

Pending Deposit Charge

If your deposits have not yet cleared from your bank account yet, your next withdrawal might fail until that charge is completed. Ensure all deposits are fully processed before initiating a withdrawal or redemption.

Venmo and PayPal

  • Ensure you have a bank account linked to Venmo/PayPal. If there is no bank account linked, the withdrawal will fail.

  • If there is a bank account linked, please ensure the bank account is still active and does not have restrictions on online gaming/gambling.

  • Ensure your Venmo or PayPal account is in good standing.

Troubleshoot the App

In cases of technical issues:

  1. Force-quit the application.

  2. Log out and log back in.

  3. Update to the latest app version.

  4. Reset or change your Wi-Fi connection.

  5. Delete and reinstall the app.

Reach out to your bank

  • Verify with your financial institution whether your account permits online gaming/gambling-related withdrawals to your chosen payment method.

  • Ensure your card or bank account is in good standing.
