You may not receive the text verification code for a few reasons:

  • The number you inputted is not correct (Typo)

  • Opted out of receiving text from the provider in the past

  • Cell Service may be interrupted

  • Unknown numbers are blocked from texting you

If you are not receiving the text verification code, please try the following:

  • Check spam/deleted texts

  • Check your device settings to ensure unknown numbers are not blocked from reaching you

  • Text "start" to +1 833 407 0134

  • Text "start" to +1 833 664 1912

  • Log in again. If the code is not sent on the first attempt, please hit "Send again"

Important Information

  • You must have a US-based phone number to receive the verification code
