There are a few possible reasons why you received a charge despite not logging into the app for the day.
Instant Bank Transfer (IBT)
When you deposit via Instant Bank Transfer (IBT), it can take 1-5 business days for the funds to be deducted from your bank account. The time it takes is dependent on your financial institution.
If the funds are not available for the processor on the initial attempt, they will attempt to recover the funds at a later date.
If you made an IBT deposit, the transaction posted in your bank account is most likely from a previous deposit.
Unauthorized access to your account
If you did not make any recent deposits, It is possible that someone has accessed your bank account and you should contact your financial institution as soon as you determine the transaction was not made by you.
Important Information
There will be two additional attempts to collect a failed IBT deposit.
If your IBT deposit fails, your Betr account will be temporarily disabled until the funds are collected and you should reach out to support for assistance.
