How to change phone number
If currently logged in:
Navigate to your account/wallet section
Scroll down and select "Account details"
Select "Edit" next to your current phone number
Enter 6-digit code that is sent to your email
Enter your new phone number
Verify the code that is sent via text message to confirm
If you cannot log in due to the number being outdated or belonging to another account:
Reach out to support with the following information so we can assist with the issue.
Full name
Phone number on file
Date of birth (DOB)
If you require us to change the number on file, we will have to perform a standard due diligence check for security purposes.
