Input the new email. The change will be reflected immediately

Can I use the same email to create an account with a new phone number? Yes, you can use the same email address and add a new phone number to create an account. This offers flexibility if you've changed your contact number.
Can I use my phone number if it was previously linked to another Betr account? Yes, provided the number has been successfully removed from the other account, it becomes eligible for reuse.
Can I use a phone number that is associated with another verified Betr account? No, each phone number must be uniquely linked to a single user account.
Address
If you require a physical address change, you will have to reach out to support to complete a standard due diligence check to confirm the new address. You can contact us from the Help Center in the betr app, or you can email us directly at [email protected].
Important information
Your email is also your username. Once the email is changed, the username will change as well, changing the email you use when you log in.
The phone number you use must be US-based. Temporary numbers are not permitted.
