Network connection troubleshoot

If you are within state lines and have restrictions on playing Betr Sportsbook or Betr Picks, please make sure you are connected to WIFI or have cell service. You must also have Location Services turned on.

If you are experiencing connection issues, we suggest the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of your account

  2. Uninstall VPN/ Rooted devices

  3. Uninstall Betr app

  4. Restart your device

  5. Reinstall Betr app

  6. Check your WIFI connection

  7. Log back into your account
