Why can't I select any picks?

Unable to place an entry

If you are having trouble making picks, the issue is commonly location-related. Please ensure location services are turned on for the Betr app specifically.

If you are still having trouble making picks, please follow the following troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can correct itself:

  • Force quit the application

  • Log out and log back into your app

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the application

  • Reset or change the WIFI connection

If issues persist, please try deleting & re-downloading the application.
