Steps to withdraw
To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Account/Wallet (Bottom right)
Select "Withdraw from Fantasy" or "Withdraw from Sportsbook"
Select the payment method you would like to withdraw to
Type in the amount you would like to withdraw
Submit withdrawal
If you encounter delays or can't proceed, try refreshing the app before attempting the withdrawal again.
Ensure your account has a linked payment method verified by depositing at least $10. Without a linked method, withdrawals cannot be processed.
Steps to redeem
To request a redemption, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Account/Wallet (Bottom right) while on the Social Sportsbook home screen.
Select "Redeem"
Select the payment method you would like to redeem to
Type in the amount you would like to redeem
Submit redemption
If you encounter delays or can't proceed, try refreshing the app before attempting the redemption again.
Ensure your account has a linked payment method verified by purchasing at least $9.99. Without a linked method, redemptions cannot be processed.
