While Not Logged In
Open the Betr app
Select "Log in"
Select "Forgot password"
Input the email or phone number associated with your verified Betr account
Check your email and click the link to reset your credentials
Email not sent
If the email was not received within 15 minutes, please check your spam folders. If the email was still never received, it could be due to the following:
Typo in your original account email
Typo in the email you inputted to have the password reset email sent to
If you are unable to receive the reset password email, please reach out to support.
While Logged In
1. Locate and tap the "Account" tab in the bottom right
2. Select "Account Details"
3. Click "Edit" on Password section
4. Verify your phone number, and then you will be able to reset your password
